Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (Exclude Public Holidays).

We offer free standard delivery on orders over a specific amount, depending on which country you shipped. Our shipping charges cover the expenses we incur in shipping and transportation by third party couriers. At no point does profit from shipping and handling charges.
Delivery dates indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guaranteed date of delivery. Over 90% of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however, carrier delays can occur and, therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the estimated delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order, obtain a refund for delivery fees, or receive an immediate refund for your order. If needed, late parcels can be returned for a refund under our refund Policy.
Estimated Delivery Time is the time after your order has been shipped only, not including the time it takes for us to process and prepare the order before it's sent out. It may takes 3-4 working days for an order to process. We will do our best to shorten the processing time.
