Returns & Refunds Policy
- We gladly accept returns for all orders placed on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us within 20 days from the date of purchase. To receive a refund/exchange, returned item(s) must be in new condition (unopened, unworn and in original packaging). Item(s) that are opened or damaged may not be eligible for returns.

Cancellations
- Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped or has entered the shipping process. However, you can typically return the item(s) upon receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for all return must be paid for by the customer unless the reason for the return is due to a product that is damaged upon receipt or because of an error on our part.
Restocking Fees
- All returns may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid (except for the return is due to a product that is damaged upon receipt or because of an error on our part), Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Exceptions
- Seasonal merchandise (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Easter, New Year) must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday in new condition and original packaging.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 2-15 business days depending on your method of payment.
